No, it seems that the ACS in malaysia was created by another western guy and there is no affliation between the ACS schools in Malaysia and Singapore, most likely a coincidence that both are ACS. I shld know, I'm an ACSian ;) And for those that say things are all copied, so is the ACS anthemn wich is copied from a canadian song. Go check it out xP
