There are so many more people who took part in the creation and development of the Bible. They did not write any of the books in the Bible nor are they the people we pray to or worship. We read it because it is part of Christian history, becaause in it is God's word. It's a book of guidance and hope.

No one could keep the law and no one can keep the bible now. That's why after Jesus died He sent back the Holy Ghost. Satan authorized the bible to control with. Jesus authorized the Holy Ghost, this gives us fellowship with our Heavenly Father. You can't fellowship a book.

@BIBLEisMARKofBEAST Yes Jesus did authorize the Holy Spirit but the Bible is a book that guides us in God's command and in Christian history. Mark 16:18 is talking about miracles God will perform through his followers in the future. Some people will be able to pick up snakes and not be hurt at the mercy of God, it's one of the various miraculous acts listed. If Jesus says it I believe it. And yes there are parts of the Bible I don't like but who am I to disregard them?

We are not saved by the Bible, but without it many people wouldn't understand what they believe or what God wants of us. When you went to history class did you condemn the textbook for stating what people did or said through history? Written accounts of Jesus' life and God's message are in the Bible, the very God I serve. Without it people wouldn't even know what the number of man is.

Now keep that thought, when a light shined on Saul and he met Jesus, then and only then could he say he knew Jesus. However, I do not believe th Bible is the mark of the beast nor that it is damned in any way. I don't worship the Bible but I think it is very important in the life of a Christian. All these referrences you make about Saul, the Beast, and the holy ghost... Christians wouldn't know them if not by reading the Bible.

You know in your heart what will happen to you. They'll kick you out of that church. You will lose everything and people will think you are nuts. You will suffer persecution.
