@terkgraff This is fixed by following the vid up to 2:13, and setting the settings to how it is before he does anything. "Obtain IP address automatically" and "Obtain DNS server address automatically" should be the used options. This will allow your computer to find the correct DNS server address again :)

Guys if you aren't sure what your doing then leave it to a professional. For those of you that have problems with this, you must have typed a value wrong. Changing your DNS IPs to Google DNS will only speed up DNS requests. Which on top of that, only matters if you're going to a website you've never gone to before, or haven't gone to in a while, because your computer caches this stuff.

Your computer stores resolved DNS requests (Such as google.com = 209.85.225.105) in an ARP table. The way you can make this EVEN FASTER!!!11!11one, is to add the addresses to your HOSTS file, thus taking out any DNS requests period.
