Let me say that I don't REALLY blame the Doctor. Jackson was making some very dangerous decisions and I'm sure that doc knew if he didn't get the stuff from him, he would get it elsewhere. The doctor probably figured that he may as well give it to him and at least he could keep a close eye on Jackson himself.

And rehab, legal actions, etc? Probably wouldn't have done any good. He could have moonwalked his way out of anything, being the celebrity that he is.
