@Debsj30 I've been wearing my over the counter orthotics for about 3 weeks now. I still have Knee Pain. I don't know if my knee is really getting better or not. Feels almost the same.
Other than that I feel that the orthtics has helped my achilles tendon get better and walking again at least. (Very slowly though.)
Side effect is that the bottom of my feet hurt at night. Orthtics feel like hard as a rock.
How long does it take for the knee pain to leave after you wear the orthotics?

I have this condition but I live in the U.S and don't have any medical so there is no doctor I can see about this
