oooo they got it wrong it wasnt heather locklear it was Hunter Tylo. she told them she was preg and they fired her and ended the contract. when she went to court for it they asked her how many months she was preg when she said 5 months everyone was shocked because she was tiny! she won

I think several actresses have been fired when they got pregnant on soap operas.

However Heather Locklear did go to court in the case in which the Jeopardy question is refering. She was a witness hence the testified part of the question since she was pregnant and the show didn't fire her.
