He remained at large on Monday, as Dominican, Salvadoran and American law enforcement officials worked with Interpol to interview his relatives and search border and immigration records to find him.

  • Most of the children have surviving parents, therefore it really is considered kidnapping. They should get some time in prison but life is kind of harsh.

  • arrrrrrrrrrhhhhhhhh. kidnapping kids and use them for child prostitution is not harsh at all. but giving these kidnappers life imprisonment is too harsh.

    Kidnappers !!! I'm sure they traffic with children ......or if someone feels sorry for the lashes then life in prison. I dont see the UN taking kids out the country because they feel sorry.

  • Hey guys! Ms Silsby is not all she seems! Back home in Idaho she has a stream of legal woes ranging from outstanding wages owed 2 employees, to foreclosure on her $300K plus home!

    Shame really, as I think she's pretty for 40! But sure not gonna date a woman with a shady background solely on basis that she's pretty!

    I Feel sorry 4the remaining 9members, 4being duped by a very slick con-artist!

    Also, the legal docs Silsby had drawn up 4 the "Orphanage" in D.R. has a hidden ADOPTION clause!

  • I don't feel sorry for any one who is involved in kidnapping kids. you want to adopt kids you have to go through the proper process not hide them in suitcases and say I am innocent and I mean well.

  • @geekgrrlca Haiti does not have a legitimate legal system.. They should be extradited to the US then prosecuted with the evidence that Haiti presents.

    If they are found guilty they should get jailtime...

  • Possible - but extremely unlikely - that a bunch of Baptists from Idaho are human traffickers. More likely they failed to bribe the appropriate government officials.

  • Screw Haiti... All the problems they have going on and they have time to go forward with this.. Cut off all aid until the Haitian government ..
