jonlee415 seriously if I, have the ability to dunk, then anyone can, I'm simply 5'7 geez! Just simply be dedicated to a working jump system like this one 50 inch vertical (dot) com, it will expand your leaping ability and your speed.
jonlee415, many times I try to recall what it was like before I was able to dunk in bball. Subsequently after I applied the exercise system at 50inch vertical[dot]com - my game has been increasing alot and I'm even a starter now!
wow, sick plays. I especially like the beginning =) Can you believe I finally worked hard enough to start dunking?! I just followed the training program at snipurl[dot]com/nbatraining and did it in 2 months!
I would call Chris Mullin almost as pure of a shooter in his prime as Larry Bird and Pistol Pete. Also, had Mullin had the benefit of the 3-point line while at St. John's, he would have set a Big East and possibly an NCAA scoring record which never would have been broken. Anyone agree with me?
too many sick plays! the pass at 6:42 is sick! And at 7:00 Kukoc's pass is just unbelievable, just after there is laphonso's block and then tim hardaways crossover! oh god the whole video is just too nice! Is that Dino Radja at 5:00, who tries to play soccer instead of b-ball?!
That's wrong, I do think the NBA in the 90's was better, BUT now it's not "just strength". Back in the 90's, centers dominated. Now, besides Yao Ming, the best centers are below 7 feet. Also, the game is getting faster, and less dependent on strength (with the handchecking rules). Strength was a bigger factor in the 90's NBA actually. If anything, the NBA should get rid of the handchecking rules.
A few things. Brings back memories of, Stacy "Plastic Man" Augmon, when he was good, Spree when he was good, and did that same damn 2 hand dunk all the time but it looked good every time, Mark Jackson w/the Jackson Jiggle (later named the Bankhead Bounce) which was his dance that he's been doing for years, Bankhead (GA) stole it and tried to claim it, G. Hill in his Prime, Eddie Jones at his best, (even though he has a ring now, he was Raw in LA) Penny Hardaway was somebody to F with!
Yeha, dawg - I remember the Jackson Jiggle, and you are right, Bankhead DID steal that shyt (lol). I need some more mixes with my man Nick the Quick, though.
