Very nice and helpful tutorial, it really helped me but when I type a long text like my name "TheWireless" and I put where you put the name. Somewhere below the text gets cut, when I move it up / upwards, it looks like it's floating, is it because the point I selected in boujou?

I see in fact a lot of people have this problem. After rendering your original clip in 30 fps you insert it as material in C4D and that's it.

Hey man first of all nice tuto ! In 90 % people will make their clip just fine but some of them will have problems when putting background texture in C4D (original movie clip). You see original movie clip is NOT 30 fps (or it is if you're lucky) so sometimes when rendering you will occasionaly encounter green or black frames in your final clip. To fix that you have to render original clip in Sony Vegas or AE with project settings 30 fps. Hope this helps.

For everyone that the material gets black:

- When you choose a file don't take the vid but the first sequence u rendered i Sony Vegas

- Then a plain button right beside texture turns into a button that tells you the location of the file u just choose. Press it

- Go to Animations and press calculate

- In the bottom right corner in c4d push editor and make sure that animate preview is checked

- Simpe just put it on a background as he does in the vid :)

there is a problem... i click load textures and load up the video i used to render the sequence of images and the material goes black and i don't know if your ways works for me maybe cause i don't get it.. basically when you said dont take the vid but the first sequence u rendered in Sony Vegas what you mean? first time i thought you ment the 1st image in the sequence of pictures and i followed everything but when it came to rendering it out it stayed in the same place and didnt move.

That is the one that is called - (The name you choosed)_000000.

You can have misunderstood me and choosed the 000001.. and you can have done it wrong.. This can make the background stay at the same place.

I can't explain it any better than i did on the instruction, but 3 guys have had some problems with this soo maybe i will make a tutorial.. If i do i will make sure to send you a message

I see that Some people has a black screen, so i just finded out What is the problem, so all u have to do is just make the Avi ect. file And makit as MP4. In my opinion the best way to do this by using Handbrake. Thumbs up if this fixed it.. : )

You've probably heard this already but you Have Two Choices

-When You Make The Cinematic 1rst either render it as an MP4 Or MOV file

-Then Rendert ther sequance then add the texture of either the MP4 OR MOV in C4D
