They have the routine down, but they lack the emotion. In the anime, the reason why the girls are so bouncy, is that they enjoy being there, doing what they are doing. The girls here need to be a little more gentle and bouncy with their movements. Its not completely about the movement, but the personalities expressed in the movements.

This one is pretty good, the fluidity of some of the movements could be a lot better though, particularly with arms since I feel like a lot of the arm movements are sort of choppy or feel a little cut off.
