Still the best NHL playoffs I ever watched. Notable for its thrilling game sevens, OT winners and close games. It felt like each team had a descent shot at the cup, instead of just 2 or 3 heavy favorites. Also the best finals because of the back and forth feel and the series longevity. Regardless of your opinion on the game 6 phantom goal, this series and the fans deserved the 7 games.

Im a flyers fan but i agree with you it sucked watching the Flames get screwed. Flyers got screwed against tampa, too. I think the flames deserved it more than Tampa.

True, the Flames had an excellent chance to win in Game 6, I almost thought they were going to pull it off. But along, I had picked Tampa Bay to win in 7 games, so I was happy when Tampa won Game 6 because I knew that although it would be close, Tampa would not be denied in Game 7:-D
