Depends on your criteria. I prefer new to me over bleeding edge new so I considered either the T959V 4G or Sidekick 4G.

As my sight is very poor, I primarily needed a large screen and fast processor to run speech IO software and the eyes-free shell. Ultimately I chose to buy an external Kii mini bluetooth keyboard and get the larger screen

Another important thing is Full flash 10.1 support in full web browser. Not sure if it has DVB tv tuner or whether it's just a stylus for the capacitive touch screen. Swipe another cool feature & 10 homescreens. I'm going to enjoy the animated wallpapers especailly that fantastic water ripples effect. Amazing phone. It just so happen that I can upgrade my phone in june, contract ending sept. Hope this comes to Orange Uk. I'll be getting one. Can not wait already.

The best thing of all 1800MAH battery. GSMarena have already previewed the samsung I9000 with a 1500MAH battery & get two full days of extensive usage from it. That phone has a 4.0" screen, & more power consuming CPU. Nice speakers. YEAH, 5800XM bye bye.

I'm buying this phone because it has 3.7 SAMOLED transreflective, wiFi B,G,N. 3.5G HSDPA, Bluteooth, Dolby 5.1 sound chip, Stereo speakers like my N5800XM, ARM Cortex 800Mhz CPU, loads of RAM at least 512/ROM, a 3D graphics engine or GPU, 1280x720P HD Video, 8MP still., 16GB Internal memory, 32GB expandable. The pico projector for me is just a gimmick even though it's the phones selling point. It's everything I could want in a next phone.

A match made in heaven. The screen is not just any SAMOLED. I think it's supposed to better the Wave S8500 & i9000. This phone has a transflective screen. This is the kind of phone you will be able to take out in very bright sunlight conditions like phones of last decade that never had problems outside.

More than just the projector, it has a better battery (needed for the projector, but gives phone better battery life when not using projector). Better camera (8mp instead of 5mp) Camera flash that the Galaxy S hasn't even got!
