@acehauling We re-use the material as base for the new work, if the old is 4" thick we get to place 4" of crushed base, compact it and place new concrete on top making a better end product. We can replace existing concrete flat work (4" thick) for as little as $6/sq.ft. We can break, remove and crush concrete flat work in the 4"-6" thick range for under $2/sq.ft. The 48/25 retails in the 80k range. We rent out the 48/25 @$100/hr w/operator. Stockpiled material load and crush for $12/ton.

How much does this sort of job cost to demo, crush and dispose? How much is your crusher?
