The model name of this camera is "Patent-Etui" (Etui = a small case, often of a finer type as those for jewels, watches and cigarettes).
Kamera Werkstätten (Camera Workshop) is the name of the maker in Dresden. "A 21" was the "zip code" for the area in Dresden where the factory was.

@doina1998 Hello, Thank you. The value isn't really all that high. I found one for between $30-60 if memory serves.
