  • the video time is 3 min and 03 seconds ...maybe they inspired by the legend TB - 303 SYNTH

  • @oldhousemuzikk this song came out in 1979, the tb-303 didnt come out until 1981.

  • Grande Giorgio!

  • One of THE best Giorgio tracks ever! The entire LP sounds as good today as it did when I first played when it was new.

  • Giorgio Moroder fue uno de los mentores de la música electrónica como actualmente la conocemos. Un maestro.

  • Someone who natively speaks english may tell me... What are the exact lyrics after the line "I feel your lips"? Lyrics in the web have the line as: "When we connected you can sin" but I feel that's not correct. I hear something like "magic". Anyone?

  • BACANAAAAAAAAA.

  • without germany there would't be disco music. Maybe yes but disco music wouldn't sound so good ..probably like hillybilly american redneck music with violins.

  • AUDIO VIDEO DISCO

  • BTW, those of you who that would rather hear the original audio track of this video promo can see it here:

  • The record says this is the very first digital recording ever. Is that true?

  • @trailboyus66

Not exactly. It is the first music album entirely recorded live-to-digital. Meaning that the whole album, with the exception of pre-recorded backing vocals on certain songs, was recorded digitally in one continuous studio performance with many sequencers, synthesizers, vocoder, Marantz Pianocorder as well as live performance by Giorgio Moroder and Harold Faltermeyer. But, at the time (1979), there had been other digital recordings, mostly of classical music, but never in one shot.

  • @trailboyus66 First digital recording of this, yes. First Digital Recording of any release by anyone, NO! 'Fraid not

  • @utuber111963 Proof? I am going by what the claim was on the Baby Blue record. That Baby Blue; was the first digital recording. Remember this song was in the 1970's. Several years before c.d.'s....

  • @trailboyus66 Hi, I think that the very first was produced by Klink Klang Studio in Germany, but I am still looking back through my records for the exact details (inc dates) for you. Kraftwerk pioneered stuff there in the sixties with analogue. Will continue hunt for the 1st pure digital. Regards.

  • hahaha! realy awesome! this reminds me of my college days... thanks for sharing!

  • Giorgio Moroder helped pave the way for a lot of the great music that came out in the 80's and beyond. He also gave us great classics in the 70s via Donna Summer, etc. What an awesome talented man....
