You did a pretty good job. I think you should practice your accent a little more but you're definitely on the right track. Trust me, I'm Cuban. Spanish is my first language and my entire family speaks with an accent. My tip would be to speak with your mouth more open so that everything sort of flows out. for example, when you said, "...a political prisoner from Cuba." It sounds very forced. If you need any help with your accent let me know! I also act so I'd love to help a fellow thespian (:
