I got a theory and I know I'm prob not the first to think of this either, but I think our Planet / Moon is like a rest stop for space travlers, like a galactic corner store to re-fule, stock up on needed supplies ect. There's been count of UFO's on the moon as well as the infamous images of the blurred buildings as well as USO's in going into and out of our oceans.
