I wouldn't think Survival Insurance would want to promote the type of riding depicted in this video. This rider crosses the double yellow line several times (e.g., 1:05, 2:23, and 3:43) including one time into oncoming traffic.  What's the point of posting this? Cerro Noroeste is indeed a beautiful road and challenging enough to ride without some riders treating it like their personal race track or something.
