MJ's son's turned out to be average players, can't even make division 1 ball in college. goes to show that talent just can't be passed on sometimes. D-leaguers are better than these scrubs!
G im a former teammate of marcus when he played at whitney young and he plays D 1 ball at UCF. He was a key factor to our winning of the state title. Just cuz someone averages like 10 points a game don't mean they average cuz scoring is just a small part of winning
Sportspresstv com is a nice ranking and recruiting website that is always looking for up and coming guys like this. They are run by all post division 1 guys and give great evaluations.
I don't want 2 put the guy down but he's a slow player. If he had sum wat of a Derrick Rose crossover or explosion 2 the rim he'd be talked about more. I'm 19 n even though I play 2 stay in shape I've developed my game since I was a lil kid n I'll kill Marcus of the dribble.
So you're saying if he had the explosive ability of one of the best athletes to play in college and the crossover of the number 1 overall draft pick he'd be talked about more. You know you might be on to something...
doubt they'll get there... MJ was in a different situation. Getting to the NBA was probably a dream for him since he was a kid, that's why he play so hard, but for these kids, they're already famous, its harder for them to have the same drive.
Well, I guess you're right... When your father is a billionaire, I don't think you'd be as hungry as other players are to make it... Whatever happens, his sons and their sons etc. are set for life.
While people are hating on this kid, his team just won the Illinois State Championship. Led by you guessed it Marcus Jordan. Only time will tell how good this kid can be, but he's already done something his father was unable to do.
"Power Point Guard." Is this like Don Nelson making up crap about a "Point Forward"? I guess one can call it whatever the hell they want. The end result is still the same.
To: onebrandofdemocracy--It doesn't matter what label you put on the youngster's talent. Have you not realized that what he has cannot be purchased at the corner store? Think about it. Relax and you'll live longer. Everybody has something to offer society. Finding your gift or talent is your assignment. Be about it--don't make comparisons. Real contributions are what count. Awards and recognition--even 15 minutes of fame don't count down where the rubber meets the road. It's what you contribute.
Marcus Jordan is looks like he's pretty good and plays with a lot of composure from what i got from this video and read from articles. looks like another legend in the making lol. jk but looks like a pretty good baller.
pete maravichs kids will own all you homeboys...Pistol was BETTER AND THE INVENTOR OF SHOWTIME BASKETBALL AND BLOWS AWAY ALL WITH A 44.6 PPG AVERAGE IN COLLEGE AND WILL NEVER BE BROKEN BY ANYONE....NOT JORDAN, Kobe, Lebron, or any of you home boys..PiSTOL WAS AND WILL ALWAYS BE KING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I watched this fool play at the Nike Extravaganza. Hes alright, but he doesnt deserve all the hype that people are giving him. Hes a solid D-1 prospect but hes not gonna be in the NBA.
I disagree. He has extraordinary confidence which is what MJ had, that alone will allow him to perform at his max level. That's the most important part, the rest is just a matter of practice. Can you perform at show time? That is the question.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
considering Im 1st team All-League, 1st team All-CIF, All- County selectiona, and won a CIF championship this year, yeah I can play at show time. Im not saying that Im better than him or that Im gonna be in the NBA, but yeah I can play when its show time. I just dont think he has the "it" factor that guys like Renardo, or John Wall, or Lance Stephenson and those guys from this class have. He has confidence, but hes undersized, and not a phenomenal athlete, and he has injury issues.
Dwayne Wade didn't have the it factor coming out of high school either. He wasn't in the the top 100 high school players. Just because your number one in the nation doesn't mean you'll make it in the NBA. Kwame Brown was number one in the nation and he's a bust. Korleon Young is another example.
lol. michael jordan was a one of kind...its gotta suck to live in his shadow..maybe his kids will grow to be the next air jordans are maybe they won't.
I will say this though. You only call them garbage cause they are MJ's kids because Marcus is a better athlete than Lil' Romeo and too many people are on his nuts for him to be so average
How is it pathetic?????????? plenty of people play a certain sport all their life and are crap...........if you ain't got it, you ain't got it...................THere mother just messed up the gene pool. MJ should've pick a wife based on athletic ability so he could've had super humans.......lol.
Everyone says to leave the jordan kids alone and let them be like other kids....
but how can we when gboahoops makes a video particuly for marcus....hmmmmmmmmmmm
since the jordan kids gets the benefits of the press kissing their ass... then no one should be mad when i tell you that the 2 are garbage..... Marcus is a lowly d-1 player at best.. and jeff is sitting on the pine at Illinois.
dude. apparently u dont know shit. cuz Michael Jordan didnt even make his high school basketball team and look how he turned out. cuz he worked his ass off to get what he wanted. and i think his boys can do the same if they reallywant it.
