I have read so many posts from people who have had problems with lap bands in the long term...

The after sales service is expensive and it can damage the stomach or slip.

Good luck with that.

I went with gastric sleeve because of reading about the negative user experiences with the band.

please, tell me how are you feeling now? Did you feel huge change in your appetite. Did it improve your portion size? You look wonderful. After three years of being lap band patient, did you have any complications, like throwing up, slipage, erosion, leakage? I have always questioned the longevity of lap band. I hope it lasts a lifetime, but no one knows, because it is relatively new procedure in the medical field. I watched Dr R Ruthledge's video, that is why I am concerned. Let me know, please
