i dont consider cutler an elite qb but he is much tougher than anyone will give him credit. he was sacked a lot and kept playing but it took its toll on him in the playoffs.

He had a grade 2 MCL tear (basically a very sever sprain), that generally takes 3-4 weeks to heal. I'm not going to knock the guy for missing 2 quarters with an injury that would cost most QBs 1/4 of their season.The guy took the most sacks in the NFL last year, yet only missed one game because of a concussion actually it was the only game he has EVER missed.Undiagnosed diabetes and played the whole year for denver while loosing like 30lbs! jones-drew go fuck yourself! Jay Cutler took every hit he could, got up & went right back to throwing.. Jay is definitely an elite quarterback, given the crappy pieces around him. Other great QB has go-to receiver except for Jay. I don't understand that . His last year with Shananhan in Denver, you knew how capable of a QB he could be. His last-season interception were decent, other QB did way worse. Chicago coaching can't realize that Hester is a joke of a receiver.

Great video, very fun to watch. I'd also like to thank Cutler not only for an awesome season, but also for not fighting the coaches when they took him out. It was a tough game to lose, but never have I agreed with the saying "live to fight another day" more, if Cutler suffered a career ending or shorting injury (which is very likely if he were slowed by an already pressent injury behind those scrubs we called an o line) the team would be screwed for the future.

our O line SUCKED DICK in 2010, we had our first year in a new offense everyone said we would win barely 8 games.  What did we do? Win the division and go to NFC championship game. The best players on the Bears (in no particular order): Peppers, Cutler, Briggs, Forte, Urlacher. Everyone else is expendable. Sure, there are some other solid guys (Tillman, Olsen, Hester at returns) but those 5 guys I mentioned are the ones that make the Bears tick. Without Cutler the Bears would be a joke.

If you watched the NFL this year, you would know that Cutler played behind a thrown together line that was in the bottom half of the league. They were good for 50 + sacks and numerous other hits(including 8 sacks and a concussion in one game). Personally, I would say he is tough. His best receiving options are Forte or Hester who was converted from db in college to kr/pr to wr - not exactly your ideal wr. I think Cutler,Forte,Hester were integral in getting the Bears to the championship game

I won't say anything negative about people who said he is not tough or he is a quitter but those people should really think before speaking or tweeting. He can inspire anyone out there who suffers from diabetes which is unfortunately alot of people. We'll be in the playoffs again next year and now that Cutler and our young weapons on offense have a couple playoff games under their belts, they should play better.

@TheBrevo : I agree with everything you said...EXCEPT that the Bears would've won that game if JC stayed healthy. Green Bay's defense had an answer for our offense...by bringing exotic blitzes and schemes, and gave Cutler nowhere to run or throw the ball. I thought they would 'pull out all the stops' on offense to keep GB on their heels, like go with a quick snap or no huddle. It was frustrating to watch until Hanie came in. With him, they should have STAYED with no-huddle play calls!

Id on't know why people give him crap when he is an elite QB. Needs some more focus? Maybe, but he's got the strongest arm in the NFL and the numbers to back it up. But he has Mike Martz's strange offense to deal with. Throw to an empty space and hope our guy's there and not theirs. Strange offense if you ask me, but Jay handles it well.
