in the winter where would suggest to fish in the peg and what bait?

@ewingrugby I assume you are talking about Milton Lake? but if not at this time of the season on any commercial fishery when I am targetting fish that are willing to feed ie perch and roach I would spend a good 10 minutes plumbing up the peg to see if I could find a hole or deeper part of the peg. A dead reed bed or even a twig sticking out of the water or a aeration sprinkler would also hold fish. Bait wise, natural baits like maggots, pinkies or squatts and chopped up worms would tempt a bite

@mustafa1137 The fishery is situated just off the A25 between Dorking and Westcott village Bury Hill Fishery. Cost of a day ticket is £12 for one rod plus of course you will need an EA Rod license.

@CoarseFisher15 CF15 method fishing is not my cup of tea tbh however on Anglers Mail TV there is a very good vid on setting up a method feeder which is exactly how I set mine up when I fish that way which is once in a blue moon :-) thanks for the sub. What venues do you fish? Framfield, Hartleylands and Monks? or all of them :-)
