The guy is clearly standing in front of a green screen, and the background, In the beginning the picture is of the ggate bridge in the distance, but when the guy is talking the picture is a close up of the bridge partially obscured by a hill. plus the girl spins the wheel, and you can hear the audio edit at 7 seconds, and his name tag does not look like any I've ever seen on the show. I don't know what you think you saw on tv, but it wasn't this.

If you notice in the beginning before they zoom in, hes the guy in the black blazer and hes standing on the left side. When they zoomed in on him, they used a different camera and angle to specifically zoom in on him. On the left side of the screen, zoomed out, (although not very clear) you can see where the hill and the gate is and that was in the screen when they zoomed in at a different angle.
