Go to a place called Rex Casters in AliceTwn Petone get some 150mm diameter caster wheels with the Nolathene on the outside. Think they come with bearings for about $40 each. You will prob need to take down the wheels to fit into PVC pipe so do that with a grinder and flap disc or a lathe if you have access.
