Excellent short video summerising about all you need to know about youtube marketing. The rest is just hard work and making sure you follow the avise on this video. Be also sure to post your video on as many blog as possible.

@Englischbox Great advice...thank you! If you do a little bit of work each week and do it consistently, it won't feel like a lot of work and you will start seeing results. I would suggest picking a day and time (for example every Thurs at 3:00 pm, mark it on your Calendar, and turn off all distractions such as email and social media, and focus on YouTube marketing for an hour.

another way of getting subscribers is when you subscribe to someone to metion it in a comment or message because the chances are they will realice this and subscribe back or at least check out channel
