hmm if u disable quicktime, you may run into a lil issue if using to say Facebook, since the im's are using quicktime.

did you just reload this video? anyway. what i did say before, be careful what you turn off. if you do not know what is ok and what not. do not do this. there is better way stopping stuff from starting up.
