@TheAsianTurtleMan it's called hunting and wildlife conservation. there are too many seals. as a major predator they are a threat to the cod stocks. with so few polar bears and whales the seal population has no predation. the seal population grows too large and the seals eat the cod into extinction
it's called wildlife management and if you had any wildlife left in your country maybe you would understand.
