Twist your body in the opposite direction to the way your doing your 180 and as you twist back pop and twist into your 180. this will help you gain momentum
use your back foot more to spin your board, but be sure to follow with it!...and take small steps to getting there and try to get around not fully 180 but like 150 or somethin like that.
Twist your shoulders to the right and when your going to pop throw your shoulders to the left

try doing a half cap (ollie 180 but fakie) i learned that then 180 but i still cant get my shuvs or pops
