The repetition serves to highlight how confidently he said it... hell, that's basically polysyllabic. Jeff and Ryan's ironic comments of surprised disapproval get twisted into a shitstorm of judicial condemnation. Meanwhile, Vinny's beat goes on unphased, and his hilariously patronizing "did I go too far?" is still the best part... the whole thing is so funny/clever. I especially liked the "basement dudes" footage, that was perfect.
