haha:) You'll do great! Research the internet for easy recipes! You don't have to cook. If you know of a lower calorie snack you can have available for your guests or what not, that works!

OMG...Jess we might have a problem.
In my case, and I am sure i am not the only one...ATKINS...high calories...so...it would be unfair to lie I do such things.

Not necessarily but this is for sides and desert, not the main meal! So less calories for filler foods is a good thing to do:)
