I used to love jumping on this game for a good laugh, now its just gasping for attention.

Activision are such noobs, they messed up COD, this, Tony Hawk and Spiderman, and they have the nerve to say theyre games are too high tier for Sony's standards. All Sony would have to do is announce GT5 on the same day as Modern Warfare 2 and Acti will plead for mercy. Gotta love those idle desperate threats.

Rock band this game dosn't have as many songs, it's just a spin-off of the greatest hits. You should ask yourself if you want to get world tour or rock band 2. :)

downwith4kids is right, you should really be deciding between GH: world tour and rock band 2.

cuz, really, between RB2 and this, RB2 wins due to sheer replayability. this game ends after you get tired of it's relatively small playlist and nonexistent downloadable content, while rb2 starts off with about twice as many songs as this and actually lets you download more songs.

as for ghwt vs rb2... there are lots more factors to consider, which i wont discuss. typhoon's post has little merit.

The charting of some songs isn't good at all. Take Raining Blood for instance, the LAST note, yes the Last note is a star power note.

It's for a difficult path, with star power, a 5 chord notes held that long holds A LOT of points, it's just to add a challenge, making it more difficult to max out your score.

5 note holds give the same points as one note holds (minus the extra four frets at the begining).

For example, play RaBl on easy and Expert, but only play the first note. Hold it fully, not cutting anything off. and the point difference will be 50 (The extra fret at the beginning)

In other words, the last note of SH's RaBl only gives 100 base score more than GH3's
