That is why some people call the Bretons "Manmeri" they are called this because man means human, and mer means elves

you can assign weapons and spells to the numbers 1-8 on your keyboard too if your hovering over them in your favorites spoon! equipping a spell to say, 1, and then hitting that button twice is the only way to make your character duel wield magic, hope that helps.
