  • why dont they come up with a back-up system for the tail rotor??? got 2 be a way to go electric-if its hydraulic-or visa virsa???

  • Pilot was thirsty... It sounds like the 30mm cannon on an A-10 thunderbolt going off when the rotors strike the water.. lullz.

  • Doesn't look like a fuel thing. If you look closely looks like the rear tail rotor gave. I work on helicopters. Almost as if the drive shaft to the rear rotors snapped. Virtually if you lose that tail rotor you lose your stabilizers. Therefor falling right back to the ground/water spinning of control.

  • @hhds113 It didn't give, it just looks like it changes direction because of the FPS to rotor speed ratio factoring in the angular movement of the helicopter. It gives the illusion of a reversing blade. If you loose the rear rotor you don't just go down you spin uncontrollably.

  • This is actually how Russians wash their helicopters.

  • this looks like death experiment !

  • * this is the pilot of the roflcopter we are flying in water, but its k. (two seconds later) HOLY SHIT THE ROFLCOPTER IS UPSIDE DOWN CALL IN THE LAMO BOAT

  • that guy just had to switch it off instead of trying to do something thats already going down the drain and save his life instead !

  • my feet feel hot I think it's overheating down there let see what I can do to cool that bitch down...

  • @zyxy45 switch it off? :D

  • this is fnny cause no one can get hurts so its ok to laugh

  • Did you not check the fuel gauge when you set off?

  • I was the pilot of that chopper, the previous pilot left it without fuel, I only had to make another hundred metres but my instruments were saying 'Ditch Ditch Ditch' I should have chanced my luck and gone for the deck but hindsight's a wonderful thing isn't it?

    .

The chopper's gone but everyone on board are still here!

  • @BertHigginbottom It's a pretty horrible mistake not checking the fuel before going off in an aircraft :)

  • he clearly was in a panic state. he proceeded to go forward when he should of backed up

  • lol

  • Its down > your in the water > no one is dead >

    KILL THE ENGINE

  • @bradgreta Impossible to do so. The blades had a momentum of their own. When the chopper hit the water, the pilot had no control. Electrics and hydraulics were of no use, even if the pilot tried

  • Lower collective!

  • Can someone translate that? Did they get out of it?

  • haha :P

    Stupid pilot ^^

  • Whoopsies. >_>
