  • sooo cool :D

  • How about upgrading it to sense the temperature of your drink and on the bottom stating whether hot, cold mild etc? that would be cool, or telling you what drink it is and how many carbs, calories etc, I mean theres limitless possibilities, its all up to the engineer, i mean this is nice touch, little romantic which is my style but its missing a litte more touches to it

im build my house out of technolgy like this

    :) you know lol

  • Bellissimo

  • Hahaha, dude, I just have to mention this. The remaining character count for my last comment was at 420.

  • Amazing. These would be better suited at certain late-night coffee shops though.

  • putting one in my gaming cafe :)

  • Ok in ten years every bar that makes good money will have this thing. There is no way they won't. It makes getting drunk have the illusion of tripping too.

  • Wow , If I ever will open my own bar Ill get one of these tables . Ill be only one who will use this table . Bliss ! >:)

  • Why is this so expensive? Its not that advanced just a touch screen with a graphics program???? Ipod touch does that shit.

  • i'd love to drink at a bar like that

  • dude... how much does this cost in US dollars

  • amazing!

  • Made in Germany? The METRO Group logo shows up at certain times.

  • correct!

  • they also make coffee tables like this...fkn expensive

  • First~~~that is so sweet

    second~~~how much did it cost

Third~~~ WHERE DID YOU GET IT???

  • Would be very cool as a bar-top. Way cooler than the LED Ripple table by "Because we can"

  • WOW!!!

  • that would get so easily scratched or ruined in a bar

  • The glass used doesn't get scratched. And it's pretty thick so you'd have to throw something pretty heavy on it to break it. And if that happens, you just need to replace the glass.

  • WTF!??!?!!?

  • I know this, it's a Microsoft Surface computer. Supposedly you can buy a coffee table one late 08/early 09. Priced around $2000. It uses I think 8 video cameras to monitor the display surface for things to touch it and a DLP projector to project onto the screen.

  • first off.. this video was posted long before microsoft introduced there version of a multitouch table

secondly, microsoft didn't invent this technology.. its been around a long time and can be replicated fairly cheaply

3rd, microsoft is selling there "surface" for $10 grand, which is overpriced however they would have to use a very expensive projector to make one the size of a coffee table, that would look bright and nice during the day

  • just one question.. where do you buy one!

  • This is superb!

    1) is it liquid proof?

    2) is it shock proof (incase a person slams their drink)

    3) would it be easy to install/modify it to have different feels/looks/effects?

    :)

keep up the good work (y)

  • Awesome!!!

    Some ideas for you:

1 Make it so you can order off it,

2 Let it show whats in the cups..

  • Bartender: Would you like something to drink?

    Vivic: Nope, im already trippen

  • how much it costs???

  • itt even changing colors

  • Super blat ^^

  • WoW this realy is the future :P

  • This song helps me remember that I still have the ability to feel. Thanks for posting :')

  • thats so coo !!

  • only it could fill up your glasses for you when they are empty. :)

  • That Thing looks Fucking AWESOME !!!!!!!

  • and the stoners rejoyced.

  • The future is now

  • "looks very similar to what microsoft are fetching out very soon"

My answer to k323r comment: ..except that macintosh's been doing it already for a while.

  • nice and mellow ..... like me lol

    xx

  • super!

  • so were would i get this stuff to make one

  • search DIY multitouch, or something similar, there are a couple online communities. you will find stuff easily..

  • Tonfilm, is the vvvv patch for this available for download or purchase, im sure there are very many people who desperately want renderings so beautiful for our own multitouch screens.. Its just breath taking! Amazing work

  • Modern science never ceases to astound me.

  • wow,can u make one of these for me?

  • Its one massive ipod touch! ;]

    Great job looks awesome.

  • looks very simular to what microsoft are fetching out very soon

  • have a look at the date of the upload, its almost a year before microsoft surface! so, its the way around, microsoft looks similar to this ;)

  • koool

  • vá

  • Right now it's just a visual gimmick, but I imagine this technology will be very useful in the near future.

  • so trippy

  • jesus whats in those drinks?

  • wow!

  • Cool. Be sure to post sign "If feeling woozy do not sit here". lol

  • damn, this is art!

  • sweeeeeeeeet

  • very cool, and slightly hypnotic

  • song and view makes me sleepy

  • that is nothing new or advanced actually instead

of using the usual touchscreen it uses cameras that identife the layer that has put on the cameras, and i happen to have one at home only i

build it by myself but it is a little smaller and better i used an 89 line code and some insane textures and of course a bunch of cameras

  • Congrats! I'd like to build one by myself, just for fun. Which up did u use? Could you give me some info to start?

    Thanks

  • can u post instruction on how to build one, pretty plz?

  • That's simple all you need is some duct tape and a lot of Ipods.

  • R U "joshin" me, dont josh me man.
