@87Auby8 Actually, though it's reasonably similar, there are differences - I grew up in Australia, have a Kiwi mom, and lived part of my young life with a branch of the Kiwi family from Auckland - so you could say I have some insight into both sides of the language. Generally, Kiwi's tend to flatten their vowels, Aussie's tend to drag them out. If I'm even in doubt, I always ask them to pronounce my name, which is Tim. A Kiwi pronounces it as Tem - don't ask me why!
