Never really knew him untill i bought the Bodybuilding Encyclopia from Arnie, where is saw a great posing photo from Harold Poole and he just looked awesome there. Too bad theres so little footage of him. Nowadays you see many videos of those freakish all year long juicing wanna be's who just dont have what it takes to be a great bodybuilder.

Where did Harold get all that strength and posing savvy at 17?! It was just now announced through Flex Magazine that Harold Poole was named the number one teenage bodybuilder of all time! I can see why

Harold Poole...a true champion....and a truly nice guy. I met him a couple months ago at the Dan Lurie Bodybuilding Banquet where Harold was inducted into the Bodybuilding Hall of Fame. Meeting my teen-aged muscle idol was a dream come true.
