It turned out great, what i did though was use mirin instead of sake and doubled the amount of gochujang. I am just wondering how i can make it taste alittle more similar to the korean restaurants but it is almost there =)
@sleepyjaan I try to cut salt and sugar when possible on my recipes just to keep it healthier. The ones served in the Korean restaurants tend to be sweeter and saltier. You have the right idea to add more of those flavors. In addition to what you've done already, you may want to add additional garlic,, sugar, soy sauce and cut down on the ginger. Let me know how it goes.
