Great clip, great song, and great movie. I just saw it for the first time because of this video. I am an American Jew and forgot about all of the customs the Orthodox follow and was surprised to see them in this movie. It would be very, very difficult to be a gay Orthodox Jew and live in that community openly. You would have to leave for sure but could live an excellent open life in Haifa, Tel Aviv, or Eliat. If there are any Orthodox out there please contact me as I would like to talk.

I am a Christian and I found this film to be so moving, I was totally transfixed by the story. Two very beautiful men... I don't speak one word of Hebrew, I am from Northern Ireland and only speak English, but this was truly heartbreaking and beautiful as well, I loved it.

I love this film. It's great, with really great atmosphere [due to music as well]. And apart from the main theme [which is portrayed brilliantly with a real understanding] it is extremely interesting too see the whole orthodox community of Jews. I am not Jew and don't even have any contact with this culture in my area but it was really interesting too at least see those little glimpses of it.

Absolutely , I feel the same way , love should never be percived as something wrong just because some people are ignorant or maybe just to brain wash to understand it, doesn't make the love btw persons of the same sex evil or whatever they want to said about it , Love is Beautiful:in whatever form it takes and God knows the world is in big need of it .

Well I think Aaron feels attracted to Ezri from the first minute he lay eyes on him so the sexual tension just builds up until he can't resist temptation no more , He saids to Ezri when he first try to kiss Aaron: *Desire* , is a test God put us to over come it ....

So Aaron keeps Ezri by his side at first becouse he see it as a challenge, and no there isn't really any conversation previous to the kissing , is one of the things I love most about this movie, the feelings of the characters are said by the eyes look , most of the time , the dialogue is sparse, but concise.

Well Ezri offers to cut a big piece of meat and Aaron tells him he needs help becouse they are using a machine though we all know is a pretext to be closer to Ezri ....

so what we see in that scene is Aaron trying to touch Ezri on the shoulders he finally does it and we see is very comfortable so much that when the Rabbi enters the Butcher shop and saids hello, Aaron doesn't listen to him and then it said it louder and Aaron is startled by this and he cut himself with the machine.
