@Abanamat85 Maybe a lot of those MRAPs need specifically trained personnel to drive them (e.g. Marine Corps drivers who have taken the MRAP course and know how to properly respond in rollovers, controls...) and a lot of these capable people will be needed for other tasks in moving equipment out of Iraq. Plus, these flatbed trucks are probably TCN or Kuwaiti drivers, and not military, so there aren't more red tape of military personnel leaving their AO.
