Its simple there in a full man his torso and head are inside the table and there is a handicapped man (no legs) sitting on top of him when he saws them in half the handicapped man simply falls over and the man in the table stays still.
The man that pushes the cart is from waist to head inside the cart, and the other half is the legs. The other man being sawed is a man without legs and not a midget, if fix on the size of his arms it's not proportional to a midget. I don't like this trick.
it is not a robot, he just doesn't have his bottom part (chris angel trick already did that), then thanks 2 invisible cords he can use his hands to shift his body and "run", it is just an illusion using a disabled man. His 2 legs might be a robot or a marionette handled from the top of scenario.

If the magician brings everything out for a reason, I would say that the table is that thick because someone is hiding in it. The guy that brings out the table, while the magician distracts the audience with the kid in the beginning, needs to lift his legs up into the torso part of the outfit. The torso seems a little bigger than usual. After the legs are in the torso part, the guy inside the table extends his legs out. Presto!
It is a good trick but i do agree with elementblue780's on how it was done. It is likely that it is jst sum1 thts had their legs amputated, the usually have great upper body like this to compensate for nt having legs. also it does look like its jst sum1's legs under the table when he walks on he's on his tip toes like it's an awkwrd position. I wouldn't say it's a midget. The arms and hands are normal length. If it was a midget, his arms are longer than almost his entire body. I head elsewhere that it could be a Hemicorporectomy which is a person who undergoes a surgery that amputates the entire lower half of his or her body.
Also, when they carry him off the table there's a whole top section and later it's gone. Obviously the legs are from a person hiding in the top section of the table. It's not that amazing of a trick at all.

check it out. you can see there is a second desk behind the first. the first desk has a double sided mirror in front. thats why the shadow shines and fades when the top half lifts its hands. Also at 1:25min/sec, you can see he touches his hand to the torso and picks up a string with which he pulls on to make the ankles move!

Look how the legs are always rite next to the table. The legs are simple a person with their torso in the table that they roll out. You can see it when they roll it out, it looks so fake!
But as for the torso with no legs =/ dunno fur sure but my guess is a midget.

check it out. you can see there is a second desk behind the first. the first desk has a double sided mirror in front. thats why the shadow shines and fades when the top half lifts its hands. Also at 1:25min/sec, you can see he touches his hand to the torso and picks up a string with which he pulls on to make the ankles move!

I saw this guy do the trick at Halloween Horror Nights last night. He had his same cast as seen on America's (has) Got Talent. The thing about it was that without TV editing, the trick looked really obvious. Here they didn't show the ending of the trick where the person is restored, and that part gives away the whole trick.
