  • what kind of plate carrier is he wearing

  • What's the difference(s) between the Troy BattleRail MRF-RX and Troy BattleRail TRX? Would like to know before I buy the wrong one. Thanks!

  • hows this compared to the omega rail?

  • um, im a noob to the rails, but i looked on your website and i saw measurements such as 12'' and stuff like that, so i took a ruler, and measured mine and it ended up being 6'' on a standard bushmaster upper with a solid A frame front sight post.... am i measuring it wrong, or do i just have a short hand guard?

  • forget the rail! I WANT THE MULTICAM TRUCK!

  • Im getting this or the YHM similar one.

  • if i want to get this rail what would i have to do remove my FSB and get a gas block i just bought a RRA and would really like to have this put on?

  • Will it clear a Stag model 8?

  • What size gas block do you need to install in order to accommodate the trx?

  • @Gmaker202

A shaved FSB will fit it, so most after market low-profile blocks should work. It's not nearly as finicky as Larue rails when it comes to what blocks will fit.

  • @Gmaker202 I can tell you a YHM Specter block will NOT fit underneath it. Most other lo pro ones will though

  • With the 7.2 and 7.6 inch, is there any advantage of one over the other? I know the 7.6 needs a low-profile gas block, but other than that is there any real difference?

  • Im getting one fuck it bye bye MRF

  • haha I want to know more about the Tactical Buick

  • does any know if this can fit the osprey piston kit?

  • @clap5

Unfortunately this will NOT fit a piston system. The rail is very small compared to the standard quad rail and does not allow enough room for the piston to operate. Thanks!

  • @TroyIndustries

Well I emailed your Tech support a few weeks ago with technical specs of the piston kit. He told me it would clear. Should I send you the specs too? I want to make sure I don't waste my money.

  • @clap5 I don't know of any slim profile tube stocks that can fit a piston system for any AR.

  • @clap5

Not true. You can use an Adams Arms piston kit on it. It works perfectly on my AR15. So the TRX might be able to accept the osprey piston kit. Hope this helps :)

  • @clarencemiller3

Thanks bro!...but I decided on the Samson Evolution rails instead. Those will except piston convsersions and are very similar to the TRX....Also you can use the stock mil spec barrel nut.

  • @clap5

for the TRX rail you can use a standard AR15 barrel nut. Not sure for the Samson Evo rail.

  • @clarencemiller3

No...the NEW TRX alpha allows you to use the standard barrel nut...the previous TRX was a proprietary barrel nut. The Samson Evo works off your stock barrel nut.

  • lol, ya nice truck.

  • Nice rail and a cool paintjob on the truck in the background.
