This boss is an abomination unto gaming.Just look at 6:43. O_O.That is roughly 60% damage done with a single throw,and it's worse when you fight on the inside stage where the floor can do extra damage.It turns into about 70% there. Also, she teleports around, including out of combos.She can a also throw you through attacks and during combos.How did anybody think this was a good idea?Seems like a really lazy way to design a boss."Just make it so she basically cheats.That's fun,right?" *sigh*

@Balthazzarr Exactly! She does combos where she kicks you about 10 or 12 times in a row at superhuman speeds! There's no way to counter that! They made it so that she could kick your ass in a matter of seconds! I also hate it when your in time attack or something, she does a slow grab where she buts you in between her thighs and wails on you... that's just pathetic!

Maybe it's just me, or maybe it's just the fact I pretty much played nothing but DOA2 for about 5 years, but I didn't find 152 that hard. She's tricky certainly, but people make the mistake of trying to fight her like other characters. Her combos become fairly easy to counter after a fair bit of practice, and she hardly ever counters so it's generally safe to hammer away on her with whatever combos you want. The tricky part is getting close enough to her without her attacking or throwing you.

i think its you playing doa2 for 5 years lol. yea the main tip is strategy for 152 is do not try and pull off more than a 4 hit combo if you can help it. she will 80% of the time counter and rape you for it. otherwise just keep using 3 hit combos and shell go down easy enough.

the funny thing is, she's actually not THAT hard. The problem with her is that her personal stage has extra damage effects. on a normal stage without things that go boom, (or the sparkable floor in her stage) she doesnt do as much damage in a single combo, let alone a single hit.

she's got mad moves though. i've seen her pull tricks i didnt even know she was capable of.

hahaha, gods no, i suck at this. but i'm kinda wierd when it comes to certain things. i notice differences in areas most people would ignore or miss. Alpha does a HELL of alot less damage when the stage has nothing to explode on.

That's what i meant by hard. her moves are still crazy, and take a lot of health off, but if she's not in HER stage she cant take you down as fast, because there's no "effect damage"

One time I beat her with Kasumi on the first run. I luck out on that attempt, since I kept my distance and use ranges moves. I seriously hate it when you try to attack alpha, she teleports and moves way too fast and has inescapable throws. She teleports at the last second and shreds you down with those buzzsaw kicks. Reminds me of Inferno of Soul Calibur only closer and faster to execute.

its surprisingly easy to defeat her on very hard. i have been playing DOA4 for about 15 hours and ive beaten her on very hard with every character that gets to face her at least once. you just have to constantly attack with her, she fails to block anything you do if your aggressive enough.

i managed to master that game pretty quickly. and the only way i could beat alpha easily is by being as aggressive as possible. best to attack her shortly after she teleports and dont let her close enough to do any throws

it might be because ayane is trained under a different portion of the clan. maybe the "branch" portion she's from doesnt learn the "in battle teleports" that Kasumi and Hayate do. That or she just doesnt use them nor wants to.
