How would i go about planting the plants?

For one how should i layer the soil(if i need soil) and the rocks(graval)

And Then add the water the the tank should there be some water in there while i'm planting. or no water,Should i get plant foor or will the plants be alright .

@moonlooker95 Add the soil, either top soil or organic, as thick as you want. Add water until it's like mud. Put your gravel or sand on top and slowly fill up the tank. About halfway plant as you like. Your water might get cloudy/mussy looking, but filtering and water changes will help with that :)

That is Dwarf Hairgrass. (Eleocharis parvula) Its is one of the easiest "carpet" plants to grow.

Depends on what kind of lighting your using. The lower the lighting, the more likely it will not grow at all.
