Good adaption of J Sheridan LeFanu's Carmilla, but it's a bad transfer - the film is supposed to be fullscreen, but has been encoded as widescreen, cropping off everyone's heads. And the sound becomes out of sync with the picture by the end of each section. The sound is remarkably crisp, though.

The flowy white dress at the beginning of the film, with that splash of colour in the shape of a back lace... Such a beautiful epoque dress!!!

It's great seeing a Carmilla who's a Brunette like she should be. Now if only the girl playing Laura's role was Blond.

@PoisonedDragon1964 I didn't even notice this Screen when I read that before. It's the best adaptation I've fond so far, but still flawed.
