Its clear there was obviously some techniqual difficulties to begin with and grant had to keep the crowd occupied whilst it was sorted out, nothing wrong with the drums or any part of the performance though.

the pattern is spot on mark richardson just hammers the shit out of them though either that or they need to fix where the microphone on them for a bit less baass and more treble....john lees drumming was always more light handed than this or at least it souded that way

Mark and Taka need to give Grant a much needed energy transplant. Its not so bad int his video, but i agree with you bert872. He seems flat, like hes not enjoying it as much anymore.

Still, maybe with a new album will come renewed passion. Here's hoping

@MaZZa185 I think he was just a bit pissed off with the technical problems at the start, NOTHING wrong with this performance and despite watching it on TV at the time I was really enjoying it like I was there. Name me other bands who can do the same thing!.

There is nothing really wrong with the performance, i jus think Grant has no passion anymore, he sings with no emotion. They are more melodic and less rock n' roll than they used to be and i miss that.

I have very happy memories of watching this on TV, despite Lauren Laverne's nasty comments later on in the night!. It was the prefect warm-up for the V festival I seen the guys at a month later which also rocked!!!.
