All is ok ...except tail blade grip was plastic with out trust bearing .....need to replace this with align Trex plastic or CNC set tail grip with .. this was been headup in forum and also stock FG blade ... after 4 th time maiden and test hover ..the issue was blade tracking kept off ...other than that all ok so far for the price ...
Another dont use stock pinion 13 teeth with 5S Lipo ....go for 6 S lipo ...if not u need to purchase new set of pinion ~ 15 or 16 to make this correct headspeed and longer your fly time ..cheer .
Ya i also reading on static issue ..but so far for more than 10 flight, not seeing on static issue ..i also not sure about static, i belive static will be generated ..may be not big enough impacting my electronic component,may be i am using Futaba Tx , metal frame body and metal tail boom , i am not doing any grounding for my HK500GT ..thank you ..

I've received my servos for my 500gt today im using 9650s on cyclic and ds520 on tail see how it goes, still dont know weather to use align 75esc or turnigy plush 80! any recommendation mate? im running turnigy 500H 1600kv by the way.
if want to dig deep on the satic issue...you need to get static checker ... for ESC both ESC are good ...for me if got more budget go for Align ESC but you need to get external BEC .. happy flying
Im using Align ESC on my 450's I think they are quiet good although a bit pricey! the price difference on the 60amp Align ESC and the 75amps is not much so I think I will go with the 75. thanks for your thoughts my friend.
Other component just arrived yeterday and completed put cyclic servo and ESC +UBEC ...and test dry run with out blade ..almost comppleted doing swage plate level ,,refer to T500 manual ..cheer .

how much amp rated BEC did you get ?? for the 500 ...... i also got the copterX v2 ae its a great heli ..... i'm also getting the 500GT ..... lol

I am using Turnigy External BEC 5A rate ..it work without any problem so far ..

I'v been reading a lot of comments about grounding the tailboom to prevent static, have you ever done this on your 500gt? I'm a bit confused!

Orrait my friend,dont forget to get external BEC to power up your receiver and servo, understand this 75 A ESC dont have build in BEC ..cheer .
