ankelweights can really damage your legs knees and everything . i cant even run no more. to all karate people be carefull and smart if using ankel weights use this cord thing instead
I just got my kenetic bands today. How many sets of these exercises should you do. You mention that this is a warm up, are there actual workouts that you can do with these. If so do have videos of those as well. Thanks for your time and help.
