I am new to watching this playthrough, but I can tell, by this video alone, that Umbreon has the Quick Claw. How could Umbreon go before Entei, yet Entei outpace Espeon? By transitivity Umbreon would outrun Espeon which contradicts their stat profiles. But then Entei went before Umbreon the turn before Umbreon went before Entei, so you had to put Quick Claw on someone, and my logic tells me it's Umbreon.
