  • Comment 2-2 His son was in the corner crying. I picked the young man up and started out of the building and on my way out the floor started to give, I tossed his son and fell to the basement. His son got a minor concussion and the man fussed at me and wished death upon me because i didnt do my best. But it was the quickest thing i could think of.

For those that actually do support us, Thank you!

  • Comment 1-2For you guys posting negative comments, One day your going to need us. Fire, Police, Ems. One day someone from one of those departments are going to save your life. And im pretty damn sure you couldn't do what we do. Try to run into a burning building to save someones life. I got fussed at the other day by a man who's house was burning and i went in to save his son.

  • indeed, where i live rite now it's snowing and road conditions are bad, i just got back from running on vechicle accidents, im telling you that black ice is some bad stuff, i slid just trying to get to the station. as always guys stay safe out there and know that our commitment to this job wether it is paid or volunteer is greatly apprecitated.

  • great video i been a firefighter for 9 years now and it gets scary at time my self i have been pulled out of a burning house cause of a faulty mask and i thank god every day that i made it and i am still going cause i love what i do and i can not think of any thing better. I love what i do yea my girl worries about me but i go on.

  • @corksterism shut up dude you have posted this on several vids and im tired of you talking this shit if you have a son thats a firemedic you should be so proud of him and not talk bout the job he does idc what he saus it feels good when we get noticed and appreciated for what we do we do it ciz its what we love but when someone comes.up to you and thanks you for saving his life there is no better feeling so keep your mouth shut and be proud of being a firefighters father

  • @corksterism your a Moron as a Firefighter myself I appreciate the support not many people can fully understand or appreciate the shit we go through everyday.. do you know how it feels to have someone's son or daughter die in your arms after a car accident? have you ever had to look a father in the eye and say i'm sorry but i couldnt bring your boy back? i'd love to see a construction worker or a roofer do that shit. You dont know have the shit that goes on in the Firefighter and EMT world....

  • @corksterism part 2) we're under apreciated and underpaid for the shit we go through.... i hope one day you need our help and i hope one day you'll change your mind about us.... untill then i hope something opens your eyes so you'll actually see what really goes on in our world.. untill then you can keep being a close-minded idiot

  • HEY FELLOWS!!! BORN MEXICAN AND SWISS CITIZEN, PROUDLY SERVING AS A VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTER IN SWITZERLAND!!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL COMRADES WORLDWIDE!! MAY GOD BE WITH US ALL, AND TO GIVE US COURAGE AND STRENGHT TO PROTECT AND TO SAVE AS MANY LIVES AS POSSIBLE, EVEN IF WE HAVE TO LAY OUR LIVES IN THE LINE FOR THEM!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL AMIGOS!!

  • Thank you heroes.

  • @moh2011CZE I completely agree people say firefighters are picked i say no they are born its a life style not a job!

  • Thank you for putting this together. I love Third Day. More importantly, I love my firefighter/ems husband. He's a volunteer ff. He's willing to risk his life, as are all firefighters, for even the ungrateful.

  • @haughtonclark i am also a volunteer ff and there are times that are scary

  • Miami Florida Fire Fighter here. Proud to be apart of a national group that loves what they do. We enter the burning building while others are exiting. We "live prepared, never underestimate".

  • Junior LEad at West End Fire Company, Broadheadsville PA. over 75 active volunteer firefighters, which include the 7 of uas that are between 16 and 18 that are training to become firefighters

  • Firefighters from the Czech Republic health of American firefighters!

  • cant wait to join my FD in a year......we arent made....were born!

  • White Oak 299 VFC

  • i love this I ,Sucribe,!!!!!!!!!

  • Fire fighters are tough dudes they walk into a burning house to save otheers while they basically have a bomb on there back.

  • the 3 ppl need us, i dont get why they dislike us......

  • @firewacker432 Because they want to have our job, but they know they can't do it! Yeah, we've all got a crazy bone, but I wouldn't trade the last 24 years as a FF/EMT/Command Officer/Instructor/Arson Investigator/CISM/HazMat-ops/CPR Instructor for anything! Since when have the nay sayers changed how we do our job? Nah, smile Brothers & Sisters, it's all good!

"I've always been crazy, but it's kept me from going insane!"

  • a gay song and random photos from the internet great combo , disliked.

  • @Morwekful its not about the song or the pics its about the meaning behind them

  • Go firefighters ! Brave Men

  • @Aledrj1 and women sorry

  • Greetins from Brazil!!! Firefighters around the world, be proud!

  • im a volunteer fire fighter and i love it i dont get payed helping people out and if you ask me i dont want no money for doing my job

  • My Dad is A Fireman

  • Im engaged to a ff and I know he makes sacrifices for strangers He comes home exhausted from running ambulance calls that keep people alive long enough to let doctors and nurses save lives and responding to fires where he works his butt off he has pulled 4 people from fires How can you tell me he hasnt saved lives and he isnt important to the community? In 2 yrs 3 ffs we know have been killed I couldnt enter a burning building and I doubt anyone posting neg comments would be able to either

  • Unto the Flames of Hell the Firefighter cometh

  • Considering the first book you have to be trained on the be QUALIFIED for your level one training is 1,400 pages long and thats besides all the training and the actual performing of any tasks.

Morons on here don't realize that what we do is much more than pointing a hose. We're first responders - car accidents, medical emergencies, structure fires, trash fires, anything you can think of besides the regular police business. We are your emergency do-it-alls.

  • @Viatox Amen Brother!!!! My dept even does good intent calls, ex when it rains really hard, some people's basements flood and my dept will get called to come a pump it out. We do it for our communities. The brotherhood is strong my man, keep it going!!

  • just ignore that hickup guy.....he can never understand what we do! id like to see him last more than an hour on a fire scene b4 he runs home crying to mommy

  • anyone who can disrespect our firefighters is a living POS lets go ahead and see you run headlong into a fire with no level of selfregard and watch you cowar. it takes more than couage to do what they do.

  • It takes more than guts to be good at this stuff. Hundreds, even thousands of hours of training later you might even be able to think that your decent at it. Im getting promoted to lieutenant and i still feel like a baby in comparison to some of my chiefs.

  • It's sad how much disrespect the newest generation has for each other in our world. I'm not a firefighter but still I've seen some sick shit. The last building burning in my hometown had needles falling from the walls and ceilings upon the firefighters saving junkies. Their in the park across from the police station. When I report it, the officer came across the street and told me they were mine...... This world is slowly getting sicker and most of them don't even realize it.

  • i would you need to learn some respect for these men and women, its not an exageration about the stick you head in a oven and that how it feels to be in a fire, yea thats almost the best you get without actually doing it, i encourage you to go ride along with a local department and see what they do, now they may not run a fire or wreck but you'll see how devoted they are and how they lay their life on the line every day, and if u want stick around for a fire, or the 3am drunk...

  • hey hickupp who ever the fuck, now when u get down n=on your hands an knees and crawl in a bedroom filled with smoke and heat and find a body that u dont know if it has life in it or not and the u pull it out and then find out its a twelve year old girl who will never say mommy i love you or have kids or experiance marriage then you can talk shit until then respect what we do, u dont have to respect us, be respect the job, but even when you say this these guys will still come to your aid

  • and i can say that i know what it's like to wake up at 3:00 am respond to a fire in the basement of a highrise put it out start packing up hose ect and then we had to respond to another fire in the same building I had to hike up 20 floors to the top of the high completly soaked carrying a haligan in one hand and 200ft of hose in the other and this is all while wearing full gear and thats just one of my Firefighting stories there no telling how much shit every other Fire fighter has gone thru.

  • @njwebber Just to poke fun, I'd love to know how you managed to carry 200ft of hose?

  • @Viatox It is part of the training. And 200ft of hose isnt that bad to carry. To pass the fire fighter 1 class in Oklahoma, you have to carry 300ft of hose up 8 flights of stairs as part of your test. But let me tell you. It can be painful the next day, sometimes you cant even more your shoulder.

  • @thehickupp you have no right to say what your saying its sad to say but there a large amount of Firefighter out there that has to go through counsling because they have wittnessed a child burn to death or a child get crushed in a car accident you obviously dont know what your talking about and you obviously are not a firefighter. Volunteer or paid it dosent matter you have no ideah what they go through day in and day out i for one am a 5 year veteran from a volunteer fire dept out of NJ

  • I'm training to become a firefighter and all I have heard so far is how hard it is and how many people die doing it. Is there no one who survives this job or what? Because the disadvantages seem to be outweighing the benefits at this point. All I want is a job that gives a decent salary and good fitness, I'm not asking to die!? However I shall find that saving lives will be a great reward.

  • @007Influence im going to collage after hs to be a fire fighter and ik the fdp in my town by a first name basis and they dont do it for the pay they do it to save lifes

  • Let me just say this. I am a career, and volunteer firefighter and i am also a wildland firefighter. now dont get me wrong, structral firefighting is a hard job and wildland firefighting is even harder. I worked for the U.S. Forest Service in Montana and I have been cought in a burn over. I lost three guys in that burn over. The chances of getting out of a house fire is alot better then getting out of a wildfire. If you cant give all firefighters the respect they deserve then please dont speek.

  • its funny that in a normal job your sick you just call in, i had 4 teeth pulled friday and was in a grass fire for 5 hrs the next day, all i did was drive truck but still.

  • Im just a Jr Fire fighter and i cant go in but let me tell u we all bust our asses not only at the fire house but on fire calls. on a sunday night when you are sleping we have to get up and go to a fire call to save youre house then after a fire call we have to clean the trucks and all the tools so thehickupp i wanna see you try it i bet you $100 you will fail

  • @ddraj44

    Same here.

  • one of the best videos i have watched

  • @thehickupp i honestly can not believe you i hope your house catches on fire and they let it burn im a firefighter and its so challenging what would you do if your little daughter was trapped in the fire? who goes in to rescue her putting there life on the line? us firefighters so go somewhere with your stupid negative coments you dumbass

  • thehickupp. you need to shut your mouth you know nothin bout what we do and as far as forest fires they can be just as deadly as house fires i work in a are were we have both i would like to see you do what we do do not disrespect my brothers and sisters

  • thehickupp. you need to shut your mouth you know nothin bout what we do and as far as forest fires they can be just as deadly as house fires i work in a are were we have both i would like to see you do what we do do not disrespect my brothers and sisters

  • Ive always had an interest to be a fire fighter. I went to my uncles firefighting acadamy graduation and ever sience that day ive given firefighters the deepest respect every day they risk their life for those shit heads that disrespect them for all those haters i hope your house catches on fire and a fire fighter has to pull you out of there maby then you will learn to respect the people that put them sleves on the line for you!

  • All these assholes disrespect us firefighters and the police department, until the day THEY have to call 911!!!

  • Great video! Im a firefighter and reading all of the negative comments on such a great video/tribute is unbelievable You people rip of firefighters day after day some day you mite need one.

  • I NEVER UNDERSTAND WHY SOME PEOPLE DISRESPECT FIREFIGHTER :O !!! FIREFIGHTER SAVES LIVES EVEN IF ITS MEANS SCARIFYING OUR LIFE SO UR LIFE CAN CONTINUE!!!! I'm In 10th grade right now. NEXT school year I WILL TAKE FIREFIGHTER ACADEMY =) !!!! funny, I always wanted to be a firefighter since 1st grade BUT, can't figured out WHY did I wanted to be a firefighter in 1st grade? well this quote from a you tube video make everything scene " You were born as a firefighter and you die as a firefighter"

  • But that is why we do what we do. We shoulder the pain so those around us can get on with putting their own lives back together.

  • Even for me, I've been volunteer since I was 15, I'm 30 now. And the physical side of it easy. The hard part is responding to a call, be it a fire, mva/mvc, gas alarm, and knowing that the chances are very high, that the people that are involved in the incident are you friends, Family, brother sister, neighbor. And that they may very well be hurt or dead.......I'n my 15 years I've been on a few calls that involved childhood friends, family.....and it never gets any easier........

  • thehickupp,

    you try being a firefighter

try going inside a buring building with only 20mins of air

try risking your life everyday to save a stranger

there is more to fighting a fire then you think

god bless to all fire ems and police

to all my fallen firefighting brothers

  • The singer sounds like Travis Tritt.

  • I love what you have done.. The music goes good with the pictures.. My husband is a firefighter and I love to look at all the stuff that you guys do.. I have the most respect for the men and women that do this job.. It isnt anything easy to be a fire fighter.. Any ways.. Really liked the video.. Hope to see more from you.. It makes my daughter happy and go to sleep.. She thinks that she is seeing her dad.. lol...

  • i am the light at the end of the tunnel soooo sick when people run there mouth then hell dont call us we WALK IN when everyone else runs out

  • hey mother fucker us fire fighter do more than u can emagine so shut ur fucking mouth before i shut it for u

  • You may be saying this now, but keep in mind, one day, you might just need us! We do what most people fear. We see what people have nightmares about! Tell me something, have you ever tried to take vitals, and stuck your hand litterally inside someones neck because theyre head was gone? Have you ever had to pick people that shouldnt be dead out of a car, while trying to help those that should be dead? Have you ever saw what we have? I doubt it!

  • @38NCVFD179 Amen brother!

  • @38NCVFD179 amen brother i have been where u have and i agree that we do what many people fear but i love to do it and i bet u to to

  • @38NCVFD179 most people don't understand it a firefighter isn't made they are born you have to have a passion for this it cant just be joe blow off the streets to do this thats how other ff.'s get hurt and people don't understand and to bigrich117 nice video buddy keep up the good work

  • @38NCVFD179 We do what we do, and as you, I love this profession too. But try to be humble! Silent professionalism is the way. Our field does not make it any more important by boasting about it in youtube. Criticism is criticism, and as long as he pays taxes and via that, your gear and engines, you take it and nod. I can't understand the rush to run and shout how important we are. If we are, it does not need any backing up by words, just pure action. Stay safe.

  • @38NCVFD179 couldnt have said it better myself from the brotherhood in Tarlton Fire Department

  • Respect to all the Fire Fighters out there in the world I've been a vounteer 4 years in a small town it's scary shit at times props to all the people that post vids like this for us...and thehickupp get a life you don't think Fire fightings a real job its just pointing a water at fire its more then that think about 911 and tell me all we do is point water at fire

  • daum it looks like everybody is pissed at each other

well id like to say i owe my life to firefighters.

i got caught in a fire when my dads wine collection fell on my head and i passed out

and iunno the rest of the story...

but the when i woke up the. the people in ambulance told me that one of firefighters rushed in and carried my out.

    id like to that person..

    whoever it was

  • @MARYLANDSTATEVOTERS Well I dont know what type of ff's are in your area, but the ones around here would pay any fees for you. If the ones in your area are that heartless I would consider fileing a complaint.

  • @MARYLANDSTATEVOTERS you need to look into what happened. the fire dept didnt come up with the 75 dollar insurance thing, it was the city council. i feel bad for that dept, when you volunteer, you do it to help others, not to stand there and watch.

  • people who think our job is easy are completely oblivious as to what we actually do. we dont just spray water on a fire. we save lives and property. and any of you that think you can handle it can jump in my turnouts and take a chance. were not superior in anyway were just brave, coragous indaviduals that would risk our lives for someone that we dont even know. you dnt know or see what we go through so dnt judge our occupation. oh and ima 16 year old fire cadet so that proves something

  • i agree with zackblakebailey i am jus an explorer rite now and i plan on becoming a volunteer later on but some people will not last a minute in our shoes and they are dissing us lwt them put the gear on a run in the flames for awhile

  • @TheFirefighter555 i too am an explorer and i wholeheartedly agree with all of these sentiments my father is a volly firefighter as well

  • This is great. My son is a volunteer firefighter and I am very proud of him. Anyone who thinks being a volunteer firefighter has no clue what it takes. The only difference between a paid and a volunteer is one gets paid and one sacrifices his time and life for free to protect the citizens of his or her town. So I salute all of you who do this.

  • volunteer or paid we are all the same the only diffrence is a pay check

  • You have to be tough and part crazy to do this.

  • To each and everyone of you FIREFIGHTERS out here I love all you guy's you guy's are true Heroes I hope too be 1 someday!

  • i am a firefighter and i going ot tell u i love doing it and it take alot of gut to do it and it does take balls and gut to do this stuff and it even worst when it ur friends or family and i goign ot tell u i watch my best friend die in a car wreck in my arm i tell u this her family thank me for being there doing what i can keep her alive into she got to the hospital and i also will say this ever since that day she has stay in my mind and told me to cont doing it cause i love it and she happy

  • I am 15 and im a cadet for White River Township FD and i dont know why i like fire fighting but a good quote that my Battalion Ceif said was "Every kid played with fire trucks when they were little, and some never stoped" that explains it all

  • Watch a real American fire :-p

    /watch?v=nVGGqA4XAPA

  • YA IM 15 AND IN THE FIRE DP I GO ON CALLS I DO EVERY THING A FIREFIGHTER DOES AND IM 15 I LOVE IT TO U SEE THING THAT U DONT SEE IN EVERYDAY LIFE BUT THAY WILL WORK U IN THE DIRT. :)

  • Everyone's wounder WHY we do it, well join in and you will discover a whole new world from the eye of a firefighter

  • being a fire fighter looks like a great experience and its hardcore. but... with sad and depressing music no? u dont do that hahahaha its not like you have to be that sympathetic.. its FIRE FIGHTING not anything else so stop playing this music... and try some videos pictures are lame :)

  • awesome video im a 2nd generation firefighter its the best job in the world especially when you help someone and you make them smile after you finish the job theres no better acomplishment in life then helping others

  • what exactly is a son-of-a-guns ?

  • Good Video! Im glad you firefighters look out for eachother! I worry about my brother when he gets called to a fire..Stay Safe!! You do an amazing job!

  • firefighting........some people think we're stupid for running into burning buildings... truth is. it's hard, going into the smoke, not being able to see anything, and we're saving someone,, other people don't have guts to do.

I love it so much and wouldn't stop for anything.

Richmond Utah Volunteer firefighter.... one of the two girls. :)

  • can some one pleas tell me where to find the photo at 2:51 thanks

  • Volunteer here.

Fires burn the same no matter if you are paid or not.

  • I would love to see this guy hiccup go into a skyrise fire, or even a house fire, and know what to do. let him see flashover, or let him see the fire get sucked back in under a door or something. or drag a 300lbs person out of a fire wearing 60lbs of gear and still doing OUR job!! I am tired of this guy!! everywhere I turn he is trying to bask us!!

  • Thank you! I am about to graduate and be a female volunteer firefighter. I know I have so much yet to learn, but have a deep passion for this. The training has been tough, with PT, CPat tests but I can tell you it has pushed me past my mental/physical limits. I realize there will be alot that will be pushed in front of me, but I am looking foward to helping out in anyway that I can. This is a great video! Thank you to all the career and volunteer firefighters!

  • Volunteer Firefighters are just like Full time Firefighters there is just one diffrence and that is they are not at the Firehouse 24/7

  • And for everyone out there we are not in it for glory we are here to help, paid or volunteer, the training that goes into this is rediculous anymore but we love what we do. Noone asked you to watch the video if you don't like us then don't post anything. And if you hate us that bad rememberthat when the only people around are firefighters and emts and your life or a loved ones is in our hands. We CARE Have a good day and keep safe out there guys and girls

  • thank you! I'm in my cadet training and this video really got me. The pictures and music by Third Day was perfect. You ALL be safe out there!

  • nikdaspik1, thanks! You help me to remember that ignorant people everywhere need our help...and they don't even know it. OCFD

  • nice video 343 forever

  • RIP

  • fire fighting is a very important job in a community

  • You have no clue.. There is a lot more than pointing a hose, things that you and thehickup would know nothing about... You prolly couldnt even carry around an air pack with all of the gear, let alone carry a hose, the hose would probably put you on your ass with the pressure.. Ive never seen more disrespect for us firefighters in my life...

  • @Browningbpspump I'm a Fire Explorer in Fridley MN. I know what you mean. The tank and the gear are really heavy. Now just add dragging a hose with 150psi. I truly respect what you guys do. Not everyone can do this job. It takes a certain passion. Firefighting is truly the best job in the world

  • @Browningbpspump Very well said. Once I am able to voulteer I plan on being at the fh every minute I can! Thank you, and god bless all firemen, and women.

  • @Browningbpspump BROTHER LET ME TELL YA IM A FIREFIGHTER DOWN HERE IN KENTUCKY AND IM PROUD TO CALL YOU MY BROTHER.JUST IGNORE THEM THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE

  • @Browningbpspump Yeah dude you have a great point prople need to have more respect for firefighters..most people have no clue what we go through...and how hard it is...to all the people who disrespect u,just think about who goes into YOUR house to get you and your family out,FIREFIGHTERS!

  • @Browningbpspump altogether your equiptment weighs around 70lbs and carring a charged line is hard exspecially up stairs

  • @zrett7t

Before to try to talk shit (about something you know nothing about I am sure) why don't you learn how to spell and put a basic sentence together, something that all the "under-worked adonis" learned how to do in college. You are also sounding a bit jealous? Do you need some attention for yourself?

  • I was going to start a massive rant about you... But I'm just going to simple say this; One day god forbid you ever need our help .... We will still come running .."pointing our hose" to save your life. And i pity you son... I really do.

  • Fighting for life.....Fight for something or die for nothing !!!

We´ll keep our best. God bless you ,fighters !

greetings from germany, volunteer firebrigade Kiel

  • thehickupp, dont run your mouth til u do what we do. im 1 of 3 females on my department of 60. i work as hard as the men if not harder to prove myself. we bust our asses to save yours when u need us

  • @hometwnhottie08 hey just like to say your absolutly right. im a 18 yr old guy firefighter and i love to see women starting to join, my sister is 11 yrs older than me and we jioned at the same time and i really enjoy haveing a FRIENDLY relationship with the women firefighters cause its the place i can without them hittin on me lol. i no that sounds concied but its the only place i can have a friend who happens to be a girl lol. thx for ur service.

  • @hometwnhottie08 I hear you on that one. Some guys have this macho image that they cant let go.

  • I would like to see you lug 100lbs of turn out gear and an air pack around in a 1000-1500 degree fire. Or do anything on the fire grounds for that matter. you prolly couldnt even handle a hand line without geting put on your ass!!

  • You run your mouth now just wait till your ass is burning and you need someone to drag you out if not for firefighters then who would drag you out no one thats who

  • @TheHickupp

You can't be serious. Forest fires are baby food compared to what firemen in a city get. At least in a forest fire, they can have good chances of escape, in a dwelling fire...not so much.

You obviously know nothing of this job. Don't try arguing back, because TheHickupp, you won't win.

  • @GreenBlaze75 Forest fires can move deceptively fast when they are making a "run." I once saw a fire on TV in Utah burn out a canyon about a mile long in a little over two minutes. A crew working with a fire engine in the head of the canyon barely escaped with their lives. im not an expert on this topic but forest fires are lethal...And when the tress catch fire and start dropping limbs which are engulfed in flames...id say forest fires are more deadly

  • @TheHickupp your an asshole, plain and simple, but i must ask for what reason do you have so much hate towards for firefighters?

  • reality is without us firefighters many people would be dead theres waaaaaaay more than hitting fire with water join the fire academy and you'll learn or maybe you did and got cut and thats why your so angry with firefighters not everybody makes it bud no need to call us the wussies i dont see you running in a burning house or out in the freezing cold pulling a little child out of a totalled car so until then shut the fuck up because you have no personal experience

  • im sorry that putting your life on the line for people you dont know is not real work to you.

  • @TheHickupp

Sorry, I hadn't realized you're a twelve year old attention seeker. I'll lay off you before you go running to your mommy claiming virtual abuse.

Sorry for your troubles. Go make some friends, that seems to help this kind of problem a lot.

  • @TheHickupp Regardless, they would risk their life to save yours everyday of the week.

  • What is the name of this song someone please tell me???

  • Third Day - Show Me Your Glory

  • thank you very much now that i watched it again i seen the song name... very awesome video thanks for the vid... Post another one maybe?

  • Good luck to you. I wanted to be a JR. Firefighter but we don't have any fire programs for people my age, such as fire explorer program. I might join the police explorer program though.

  • Have you talked to the Chief of your local department. If not you should do so. They just might start a program. My department have a junior ff program and kids can join as young as 8.

  • "You go, we go!" I am a probie and never realized how close you can bond with your fellow firefighters. I am lucky enough to have two other probies that I can count on for any thing. With out these guys, I would be lost.

  • Hey steady on pal. I ll agree that volunteer firefighters do the job with the same level of courage commitment and proffessionlism. But saying that its easier for the guys in the city is bullshit.

  • well, to a point it is. The people in the city or on full time depts are usluly more physically fit. Its just how it is. I'll be completely honest more then 75% of the people on my fire dept are not fit and they do huff and puff at a seen. But, the full timers have it harder because they respond so many more fires then a volunteer dept does.

  • wat is the name of the song?

  • There are only one in every hundred people who will run to Danger, Anxiously, and without Fear... I know this because I am one of those Crazy Bastards... God Bless The Firefighter...

  • @UltraLiteSpeed Firefighters do a great job and i respect them but power line workers have more injuries and deaths along with a lot of other occupations like steel workers, etc

id work as a firefighter before doing a lot of other jobs

  • @ColdDish1

When even those people have a crisis situation... Who do they Call???

    Can you say 911???

  • @UltraLiteSpeed id rather be the guy responding than the poor soul making the 9-11 call lol plenty of other occupations which are way more dangerous.....id be a FF anyday over a coal miner, Power Line Worker, Timber Cutter...hell being a truck driver and spending all those hrs on those highways is more dangerous

plus fighting fires can be fun and being a FF is rewarding

  • @UltraLiteSpeed when power line workers have a crisis they call the morgue and make arrangements...no second chances in that line of work...ppl drive by all the time and see them working with those wires and dont even realize the risks they are taking..you can't see the danger .....fire you can see

  • @ColdDish1 we never know when we are about to get burned or smashed by a collapsed burning building or have massive heart attack(thats the #1 killer of fire fighters) just because you can danger doesnt mean there isnt more somewhere else.

  • @UltraLiteSpeed I mean no disrespect to firefighters though...don't get me wrong..they do a great job and are valubale to any society....i sure as hell dont take them for granted

  • 343 NEVER FORGET FALLEN BROTHERS!

  • awesome video

  • me and greatbear416 do the sameting show some respect!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • wow

  • wow?

  • all of u who think that volunteer fire fighting is stupid and a waste of time i would like to see you go through what we do. you wont even last five minutes on a call. some of the things that we see will turn your stumaches inside out. If you are those ppl who support us on behalf of all the fire fighters we thank you.

  • You're a HERO in my book!

  • @bigrich117 thank you i have a 240 hr. firefighting course i volunteer because i do it for my home town i love it been on some calls thats lasted 18 hrs non stop so thanks

  • Amen, firefighting is firefighting, no matter paid, volly, black, white, man or woman, your putting your lifes on the line for others.

  • im right there with you i love being a vol firefighter and the city firefighters dont do half the shit we do because they have hydrants and ladder trucks that they can just dumb loads with we have to truck all of ares to the scene
