As a German who lives in a country that has a superbly functioning health care system, I find it completely embarassing for you Americans that you haven't been able so far to establish a system that provides health services for all your citizens. That makes the USA an underdevoped country. Thank God that's over.

That is horrendously uconstitutional, as it treating certain states in a different way than other states. This is setting a very dangerous precedent and I wonder how many Dems actually read the bill. The CBO revised their figures, and the bill does not save money.
